At Fashion with Heart, our customer satisfaction is our utmost priority, as we offer refunds and replacements of unwanted or defective products that you have previously purchased from us. We also do not accept returns for items that have been used or altered in any way. Usually, customers get a 70% gift voucher; if they don’t want the gift voucher, they only receive a 50% refund, and customers shall pay the return shipping cost.

Upon placing an order for a customized product, customers have a 24-hour cancellation window. However, beyond this period, no returns will be accepted. No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise is custom produced, including custom size, color, custom printed, or custom built products. Only we allow replacement if the product delivered damaged.

Notwithstanding other provision of this policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refund if


• You received what you ordered but changed your mind about the product.
• You misused or mishandled the product in a way that caused damage to the product.
• You are aware or notified of the product’s problem before making a purchase.
• You did not like your product purchased or realized you had no use for it.

If you discover that the product purchased from us is damaged during delivery.

  • Report the damage to us immediately upon discovery. It should be within 12 hours.
  • Ensure that the damaged product is returned in the same condition and packaging It was when it was received.
  • We will organize for repair and replacement of the damaged product provided the damaged product is returned within the stipulated period on the receipt.

We offer a fourteen (14) working days refund policy for items/orders that do not meet its customer’s expectations or are defective and after other channels do not meet client expectations which include a reprint or a credit to print a new order. Please note that the request for a refund has to be reported immediately after receipt of orders as we will not make a refund if an order has been delivered and no issue was raised within 72 hours after the order was received.
