Fashion with Heart Shipping and Delivery Policy
Fashion with Heart is for the delivery of products to customers within our jurisdiction through our local and international dispatcher and delivery agent. Like UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, Amazon, and others. i.e., we ship our goods and products within the United States. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales set out on our Site; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales when they did not occur due to our fault or negligence. After completing the order from our website, we ship to order destinations within 3 -5 business days.

We offer various shipping options. Sometimes, a third-party supplier may manage your inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.
We offer free Standard shipping on Orders Over $100 However, all Saree Orders Over $180
Our third-party suppliers from Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, and China shipment can also take more time because of Customs clearance, the COVID-19 pandemic, or other issues. If your package is delayed more than ten business days, please contact us before you cancel or make a refund request.
There will be a shipping cost on every shipping through our local and international dispatchers. You agree not to hold the seller liable for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these Terms and Conditions of Sale if the same is wholly or partly caused, whether directly or indirectly, by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
One of your orders is packaged. We will send an email with your tracking information.
Large or heavy items must be shipped by our local and international dispatcher method, and we will have a shipping note attached once they are placed in your cart that explains the shipping process for these items. A shipping specialist will reach out once the order has been placed to discuss your freight shipping options and provide you with an accurate shipping cost if applicable.
