If you have already placed the order, contact our customer service and inform them of the mistake. Be sure to provide them with the correct address. We may be able to update the address before the order is shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to contact the shipping provider to see if they can redirect the package.
Order/Delivery or Collection Of Products
If the delivery method selected in the drop-down list is ‘Delivery Cost,’ your order will be shipped to the nominated Delivery Address with delivery charges. Please ensure the address details are correct.
If you received incorrect items in your order, please contact the customer service team where you placed your order as soon as possible. They can assist in exchanging or returning the incorrect items and replacing them with the correct ones.
If your package seems to have stopped moving, you should contact our customer service or the shipping company to inquire about its whereabouts. We should be able to provide you with an update on its location and estimated delivery date. You can also track the package online to see if it has been delivered.
Managing Your Account
In order to log in, you have to supply your username/email and password to the login boxes.
If your details have changed, you can update your details anytime by logging into your account and changing the details, ensure you that the correct information is entered.
Shopping Process
Step 1
If you decide to purchase a Product from fashion with heart, add the item to your shopping cart by clicking the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. Once you have made your selections, navigate to the ‘Shopping Cart’ and either click on that link or the ‘EDIT CART’ button to be directed to the ‘Manage your Shopping Cart’ page.
Step 2
The ‘Manage your Shopping Cart page will display a list of all the items currently in your Shopping Cart from where you can amend your order and proceed to the next step (‘CHECKOUT’):
Please ensure that you have the correct item and item quantities.
Step 3
Once at the Order Confirmation page, enter your Delivery Address and Billing Address (optional if you are picking up in person), Delivery Notes (optional), and then click on ‘CONFIRM ORDER’ to make your payment:
On clicking ‘CONFIRM ORDER,’’ you will be directed to a secure online payment gateway page.
Step 4
Select the appropriate card type by clicking on the card logo and entering your credit card details. Once these details are entered, click ‘pay’ to process your payment request. You must wait until the payment attempt is completed and you have been redirected to the Online Shop page. Failure to do this (by closing the browser window, clicking the ‘Back’ button, or similar) will mean that your order status is not updated, which will cause delays in the pickup and delivery of your successful purchases.
When your payment is successful, an Order Payment Confirmation Email alongside a unique code will be sent to your email address or phone number.
If you don’t receive any Order Payment Confirmation Email, check your ‘Spam Folder’ to ensure it is not accidentally delivered there.
General Questions
Our Online Shop provides a number of options for finding products. You can browse by category, search for specific items using keywords, or use the filter options to narrow your search. You can also add items to your cart and save them for future purchases.
