Fashion with Heart is for the delivery of products to customers within our jurisdiction through our local and international dispatcher and delivery agent. Like UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, Amazon, and others. i.e., we ship our goods and products within all 50 states.
- We offer free shipping within 6 to 5 business days.
- For faster delivery, we have flat-rate shipping for $9.99, which takes 3 to 4 business days.
- Expedited shipping for $50, which takes 2 to 3 business days.
Shipping Handling time (SHT) is 2-3 business days plus delivery time (DT). (For example, SHT 2 + DT 5 = 7 business days.)
All orders are shipped with UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, Amazon, and other tracking numbers.
We offer free shipping for orders between $35 and $100.
Culturing products typically take longer to ship than other items because of international shipments. This means the package must be carefully monitored and shipped with special care to ensure the product remains viable during transit. Additionally, international shipments may require additional paperwork and customs clearance.
The delivery time may be longer than average during sale periods and promotions.

Return
If you purchase a product from our website and it is defective or unwanted, you are eligible for a refund within 21 days of the date of purchase (please note this might not include culture products). We will not provide refunds for products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
We shall refund a buyer who has returned a product following the applicable returns page, subject to applicable laws and regulations. The refund will be made in the same method as the original payment. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our returns criteria.
We shall not accept any liability to buyers or sellers for any loss or damage from a product return. We shall not be liable for any costs or losses associated with the return of products, including but not limited to shipping and handling costs.
We shall provide buyers and sellers a way to track their returns and refunds. We will keep records of all returns and refunds.

Cultural Clothes Refunds:
We understand that this may be disappointing, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we will offer a full refund for any damaged product that does not match the description. If you are unsatisfied with a product for any other reason, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, you are eligible for a refund if you fulfill our criteria below:
The product is returned in its original packaging.
The product remains sealed and unused.
The product must not be damaged or broken at the return time.
We also do not accept returns for items that have been used or altered in any way. Usually, customers get a 70% gift voucher; if they don't want it, they only receive a 50% refund, and customers shall pay the return shipping cost. Read more.....
